Peter and Frank cleaned the siding and the back deck. It looked wonderful and was reasonably priced, They also built a new deck on the back of our house. It is beautiful.They did a great job and cleaned up at the end. They were the best bid that we received and we didn't have to wait long for them to begin work. Highly recommend this crew!!!

Pete and Frank were great to work with! We had the deck railings and deck boards replaced. I was always kept up to date and they showed up when they said they would. Not like others contractors who never get back to you!! Many other contractors had outrageous bids for the same work. It was a pleasure to work with them and will recommend them to everyone.
I hired Peter @ Cleanview to clean my roof, and paint the exterior of my home. The work was done quickly, and professionally, and the roof and home exterior now look fantastic! I could not have asked for better results.
Peter is a friendly and trustworthy person. He takes pride in his work. He came the time he was scheduled and did a great job. There were a few white marks on the roof when he left, but just as he said - once we had rain it would be washed off and it was. Our roof no longer has the black algae on it and it looks great! We couldn't be happier with the service Peter Blau gave us in cleaning the black mold off our house. He was on time, conscientous, customer oriented, and concerned with doing quality work. We ran into a couple of issues that doubled the amount of time he had to spend in making sure our house looked great, but he did a terrific job and insisted on sticking with his original bid. Peter was prompt & very friendly. I had done vinyl siding, soffit, fascia, and gutter cleaning and smiling now that I have bright white gutters, soffit, and fascia. The side vinyl siding had mold & mildew build up and now beautiful gray vinyl siding. The two medallions above the window and now bright white. However, not ever having done in 11 years, there is stain on white that is impossible to remove. I will have this done annually with Peter. Excellent job, his process is very strategic and his price is phenomenal reasonable. I highly, highly recommend Peter for his services. Wonderful man. Thank you Peter
I used Cleanview's services to have multiple projects worked on my house in the North Huntingdon area. I found Peter and his associates do quality work and found them pleasant, trustworthy, hard-working individuals as well. While the weather did not cooperate with the part of the job of painting/staining my deck, they made several trips back to my residence to make sure the job was done right. By the time the work on my house of gutter and window cleaning, roof and siding cleaning, deck painting, window shutters installation, caulking and some other odds and ends painting, they had earned my trust and respect. Peter and his son Tyler did a professional job cleaning our moss laden roof. It looks new and now you can see the depth of our dimensional shingles. They were prompt and thorough and the communication back and forth via text and or his website was efficient. The proposal was very fair considering the scope of our project and I would recommend them for your projects.
We hired CleanView to make substantial repairs to our large deck, stain our fence and apply Behr DeckOver to the decking. Peter and Frank were punctual, friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. They did everything they said they would do and when they would do it. I have already recommended them to several people.
Peter along with his son, Tyler completed an exterior cleaning of the gutters and soffit, pressure cleaning of front steps, driveway, and block walls, fence cleaning, window cleaning(exterior only), soft wash roof cleaning of the entire roof, including a 2 year roof clean guarantee. They unclogged the right front gutter by taking the entire gutter apart, cleaning it out and then putting it back together again, and running the hose down into the gutter to ensure that the gutter was working properly. This was time consuming for both Peter and his son, but I was truly impressed with their dedicated effort. Peter and his son were polite, positive, energetic, friendly, and hard working. Peter has done work on my previous home and recently my husband and I moved to a new home in April. We immediately scheduled an estimate and appointment with Cleanview Property Services. No other cleaning service or services was even considered by my husband or myself.. Peter's work and reputation speaks for itself. I have been scheduling exterior cleaning appointments with Cleanveiw Property Services for nine years, My husband and will continue to schedule appointments in the future for yearly exterior cleanings of my home.
