When most of us need to get a house project tackled by a professional, we tend to put off making the calls because it is often time consuming and frustrating. This was not at all the case with CleanView Property Services. Peter answered the phone when I called, arranged for me to text a photo for a virtual quote, which I received within two hours. He then fit us in for soft washing our vinyl siding and porch roof soffit within days. The house looks terrific; we had a great customer service experience, and oh yes, all at a very fair price! It was so bad moss was even growing between the boards. He also cleaned my siding and gutters. Peter the owner did most of the work, which was also nice that he was always on site, but he had help when needed. Peter and crew did a great job. I liked that he was easy to deal with, always responsive, showed up when he said he would and did an excellent job at a reasonable price. I would definitely hire him again.

Since we do it every other year the mold/mildew never really gets a chance to badly stain our house. The house always looks brand new when Peter is done. They worked though a very hot day and did a great job. They even went above and beyond to make sure the side door matched surrounding wood which required extra work. We really appreciate their efforts, things look great, and we'd recommend them highly. Older: CleanView recently came out to clean our driveway and algae from one side of our house. We also have them scheduled to refurbish our deck. They did an excellent job with the work so far and the house and drive look brand new again. Peter came to my house to give me an estimate and discuss the different options with me.  In the end I settled on painting with DeckOver, which Peter did for a very reasonable price.  There were some hiccups regarding scheduling (an equipment problem on Peter's end, but mostly uncooperative spring Pittsburgh weather), but Peter communicated with me satisfactorily. I have had my multi level gutters cleaned multiple times and my porch pressure washed with stunning results.
