1. Scope of Services
CleanView Property Services provides exterior surface cleaning and sealing services including, but not limited to:
House washing
Roof soft washing
Concrete cleaning and sealing
Deck cleaning and sealing
Fence cleaning and sealing
Paver cleaning, resanding, and sealing
Services are performed using industry-accepted methods appropriate for each surface.
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are unsafe, structurally unsound, or unsuitable for treatment.
2. Estimates & Pricing
All estimates are based on visible surface conditions at the time of inspection or information provided by the customer.
Final pricing may change if:
Additional square footage is discovered
Excessive staining or buildup is present
Structural or surface deterioration is found
Accessibility issues require additional time or equipment
Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
3. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service unless prior written arrangements are made.
We reserve the right to require deposits for large projects.
Late payments may be subject to fees or collection action in accordance with Pennsylvania law.
4. Cancel & Reschedule
We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Weather-related rescheduling (rain, freezing temperatures, high winds) may occur at our discretion to ensure quality and safety.
Failure to provide access to the property at the scheduled time may result in a trip fee.
5. Surface & Stain Limits
While we use professional-grade equipment and cleaning solutions, we cannot guarantee complete removal of:
Oil stains
Rust stains
Battery acid stains
Paint
Deep organic staining
Efflorescence
Results vary based on surface age, porosity, previous maintenance, and environmental exposure.
6. Sealing Services Disclaimer
Sealer longevity and appearance depend on:
Surface preparation
Weather conditions
Foot and vehicle traffic
Ongoing maintenance
We do not guarantee specific lifespan duration due to variables beyond our control.
Some surfaces may experience minor color variation after sealing.
7. Pre-Existing Conditions
CleanView Property Services is not responsible for:
Pre-existing cracks, loose boards, failing mortar, or deteriorated concrete
Oxidation removal exposing surface differences
Water intrusion caused by prior structural defects
Loose siding, shingles, or improperly installed materials
The customer agrees to notify us of known damage prior to service.
8. Property Preparation
The customer agrees to:
Remove fragile or valuable items from work areas
Close all windows and doors
Provide water access
Secure pets
We are not responsible for items left in service areas.
9. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not satisfied, you must notify us within 48 hours of service completion.
We reserve the right to inspect and address the concern before any third-party remediation.
10. Limitation of Liability
Liability is limited to the total amount paid for the specific service performed.
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
11. Governance: Equity Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with Exclusive Equity.
“Generally, in all matters in which there is any conflict or variance between the rules of equity and the rules of the common law with reference to the same matter, the rules of equity shall prevail” [Cf. 1 Pomeroy’s Equity Jurisprudence (5th ed.), p. xxiv; RUDISILL v. WHITENER, 146 N.C. 403 (1907)].
